Houston, Texas. Houston based 917 Media, Inc. is in the process of being acquired by Dreamray, L.L.C. Dreamray is a Houston based foundation and, like 917 Media, is heavily invested in technology products services.
917 Media is considered one of Houston?s most unique and leading edge web design and web-based marketing firms. The company achieved a high profile approximately two years ago when it created and introduced its ?T V Home Page? marketing and communication tool.
Dreamray is a technology holding company and will be acquiring all of 917 Media?s assets, including their Human Assets. Dan Newell, a spokesman for Dreamray said that the entire management team will remain intact. Paul Jerome, President & CEO of 917 Media, said that the only immediate change ?? will be that we will now be in a stronger financial position to grow in terms of revenue, personnel and technology offerings. This is definitely a win ? win situation.?
John Coats, 917 Media?s Vice President of Marketing, stated ?917 Media has an established identity and an excellent reputation. We will now begin the process of re-branding our name. Eventually, we will be dropping the 917 Media name altogether and will become Dreamray?
